The location was amazing and magnificent, very close to Udawalawe National Park and the jungle surrounded by trees, fauna and wildlife and easily accessible.

The brand-new room and bathroom were clean and had a hot tub. the splendid garden views were breathtaking. - the location is stunning, right by the river, Udawalawe National Park, the lake, and the rainforest.

The room was amazing with great amenities like multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area, making it very convenient.

This place is well-maintained and really nice. the mountain views from here were stunning! I loved it. the staff were friendly and gave us lots of useful tourist tips. 👍

The treehouse experience was truly unique, giving a back-to-nature vibe. the accommodation was beautifully appointed and even had a hot tub. the staff were kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. It was a treat to listen to the birds and observe the monkeys and water buffalo from the balcony. the location was also perfect, surrounded by wildlife and offering a serene atmosphere.

There were a few drawbacks. the WiFi was unreliable, often needing assistance to fix.

We had a great time at La Pentera! The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax. The highlight of our stay was the canoe ride and trip to the nearby waterfall for swimming. The staff was extremely accommodating and gave us helpful tips for our stay. The quirky outdoor bathroom in our chalet added to the unique experience. we would definitely recommend staying here for a chance to unwind and enjoy the wildlife of Sri Lanka.

Nestled in a serene location close to a lake outside, this hotel is a nature lover's heaven. the treehouses are comfortable with a net around the bed to keep the bugs away. the staff is helpful and friendly, and the time spent here is peaceful and relaxed. Guests can enjoy a hike, a canoe ride, or simply unwind and absorb the bird sounds and the greenery.

The service can be a little slow, so don't be in a rush for activities or meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Udawalawe. The treehuts were amazing and the jacuzzi added an extra touch of luxury. The location, near the beautiful Hambegamuwa lake, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I also loved the fact that each room had its own dining space outside, allowing me to enjoy my meals in the fresh air. The breakfast, although a bit different than expected, was still delicious and served with fresh fruits and juice.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great, but there is room for improvement.

This hotel's location near to the nature is unbeatable. I loved waking up to the sounds of birds and other wildlife every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, particularly the canoe ride and waterfall tour. Being close to the lake was a big plus, and made for some great photo opportunities.

our stay at La Pentera was simply amazing. the personal service and attention to detail from the staff exceeded our expectations. the safari in Udawalawe national park and the open-air bathroom in our clay house were highlights of our stay.

Communication was lacking.

The wildlife around the treehouses was really cool and we saw so many animals like monkeys and peacocks. The location was perfect for the national park and we had a great time swimming in the river on the excursion they offered. Plus, the staff were all pretty friendly.

The cleanliness wasn't the best and we had to ask for the treehouse to be cleaned up after we found a mess from squirrels and other animals. The food was also hit or miss, with some meals being pretty mediocre.
